Reviews and Ratings
I booked a smoking room as requested, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke in both the corridors and the room was overwhelming. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of the BTS station, and close to shopping malls. The dining options were limited and mainly catered to Japanese tourists. The service was friendly and helpful, although some improvements are needed.
The hotel offers a perfect little studio apartment-like room, great for early check-ins, albeit with some noise due to its age. The service level is impressive, with attentive staff, except for some misleading incidents. The location is excellent, near transportation and shopping areas. Dining options are varied but may not appeal to all tastes.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Phrom Phong BTS station and a 7-11 store, making it easy to get around. The rooms are smaller than expected and facing a construction site, leading to some noise disturbance during the day. The service could be friendlier, as there were issues with accommodating requests and a lack of apologies for inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were fine and had great internet connectivity, at least in my room. However, there were some issues with the service, and the dining experience left much to be desired. The location was really convenient and close to various attractions and amenities.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms on the 8th floor, leading to level 9 meeting rooms, were surprisingly good in size, well-designed, and well-lit. However, they felt a little cramped for three people. The service was a hit and miss: while the staff at the parking lot were rude and lazy, the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops/commercial services, and laundry were nice and very friendly. The location was convenient, especially being opposite 7-11 for food purchases and close to the BTS Station, though the designer mall may not suit everyone's taste. On the flip side, the dining experience left much to be desired, with below-average Japanese offerings at high prices. The facilities were also lacking, especially in dining, with limited and overpriced options. Overall, a stay that had its ups and downs.
